You may remember this image from a previous post… however, it is tweaked from its original version. this was the perfect image to add a little texture to. i have always loved images that were aged and gritty looking. i spent several months last year creating textures for my mixed media prints, and now i figured it was time to start incorporating them into some of my recent work.

Good friend and fellow photographer, steve magnotta of intrique photo, made this image of me this past weekend after a wedding we photographed at st. monica’s in south philly. the lighting and exposure balance of this photo is impeccable. steve is an amazing photographer, check out his site by clicking the link above.
Another awesome wedding, in which i had the pleasure of second shooting for Intrique photo. this was an early day, we had a 10 am start at the brides house before heading out to St. Monica’s in south philadelphia for the ceremony. Afterward, we linked back up with the bridal party at Washington Lake Park for some photos, followed by the reception at Luciens Manor.
This beautiful wedding was the second of a double header from this past weekend. (the images in the previous post are from friday nights wedding) It’s such a pleasure to photograph two amazing and completely different weddings on the same weekend.
Another amazing wedding. Second shooting for intrique photo is an absolute blast. The bride and groom were awesome, the guests were a pleasure to be around, and the cake was made by duff from charm city cakes!
I had an amazing time second shooting with Jeff Anderson from Intrique Photo, last weekend. Regardless, of the almost hurricanesque weather, the day was flawless. the ceremony was held at st. augustine church in philadelphia (the church from the movie “six sense”) and the reception was held at the Loews Hotel.
